Counting Parts...part 2 12/14/02 - Yesterday was Friday the Thirteenth (does anyone remember Kevin Bacon from that movie?) and while I didn't run into Jason, I was pretty ragged by the time the day was over from a cold I've been trying to beat, so I decided to play couch potato and hit it again on Saturday. I got a pretty early start today and with the help of Mirfy and Mackenzie (kennel access from a dog-box which opens into the garage) I began inspecting and counting parts again! I found out Mackenzie is a heater-hog. She grabbed a spot on the floor directly in front of my electric heater and proceeded to suck up all the warm air! 2-1/2 hours later, I was still about 2-1/2 hours from being completely done, but Marilyn and I needed to go shopping (only 10 shopping days till Christmas!) so I knocked off. We apparently picked the same day to go shopping as EVERYONE ELSE! Oh well, that's off topic and I'm almost finished with my parts inventory. That means I can actually start building pretty soon and that's a good thing! More later... |
