left wing. Install ends in aileron push pull tubes.
Install main push pull tube in left wing. Fabricate and install
flap lever assembly, flap teleflex cable & retainers, pre-install flap
teleflex cable in left wing. |

rib tape top and bottom, apply initial bed of adhesive top & bottom,
apply rib tapes to bottom of left wing. |

tapes, apply adhesive over all required areas, cut & drill aileron &

Swap out left wing for fuselage in stands, begin prepping fuselage for
covering, pre-fit KA-60 transponder antenna on ground plane. |
12/27/03 - Prep fuselage for
covering. Remove tailwheel spring & assembly, secure elevator
push-pull tube, control sticks and cables. Install longeron
fairings. Reorient bolts at S-3 lower pulleys. |

12/28/03 - Continue pre-covering
prep work on fuselage. Finish longeron fairings, install cable
inside housing and route trim cable assembly. |

04/24/04 - Install elevator yoke
covers and bottom aft cover, install all hinges for wings, ailerons
and flaps. Install aileron cable pulleys and control tee,
remove, grease and reinstall control stick torque tube assembly, rivet
right wing root closeout and begin final instrument panel fit. |
05/02 - 05/08/04 - Pick up and
deliver Rotax 912S to hangar, swap out wings on stands, open
inspection and control exit holes, replace fuel lines from lef tank
through root closeout, rivet left wing root closeout into place, hang
and mark doors for paint, finish final prefit for instrument panel, |

to paint shop, install Lighting package PS, install ELT & antenna,

paint shop (this time with blue stripes applied!), prefit doors,
install door-up catches, install wing tip plugs, fabricate and install
brackets for avionics rack, install blind encoder, begin running
avionics wiring. |
07/31/04 - Finally back to work!
Re-install left flap horn, rig flaps properly, install aft lift
struts, clean hangar and Coyote! |

Switch, finish-out fuel lines run including Fuel Shut Off Valve, Sump
Drain Assembly, install final wiring runs from panel for Ignition and
Starter. |

required engine to airframe wiring, secure oil tank to engine mount;
fill engine with oil, install battery and maintenance tender stub
wiring, begin final wiring for Fuel Flow System. |

and finished with cooling system, all cables for throttle and choke
system are in place and secure. |
10/22/05 - Fill coolant system,
complete install on Parking Brake, begin filling brake system, RUN
ENGINE for first time! |
